The labor rights of undocumented workers

OR.C.A. became FAIRWORK Belgium on March 15, 2018. A new name with the guarantee for the same service. Our project with Domestic workers is also getting a new look and becomes FAIRWORK Belgium for domestic workers.

 FAIRWORK Belgium wants to also focus on workers with a precarious residence stay in the future. The undocumented migrant workers remains the priority group in our work. Both the helpdesk, the trainings we provide and our policy work will be oriented on creating more FAIRWORK in Belgium.

 FAIRWORK Belgium is building a new website to provide you with a better service. Please be patient our resources are limited.
